- Tier 1: Support billed hourly- $35 / device
- Tier 2: Remote support included - $90 / device
- Tier 3: Remote and on site support included - $200 / device
- Supplemental support during regular business hours:
- Remote support: $80 / hr
- On-site support: $125 / hr

Consulting and professional services
- Project based work: $150 USD / hr
- Exceptions may be possible with prior agreement, i.e. offshore or junior staff
- Break/fix, emergency services, disaster recovery: $250 / hr
